BMVA ELEKTRONİK San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (“Company”) collects and processes your personal data that you share by filling out the membership form while completing your membership procedures in order to benefit from the products and services provided to you through the website www.kiwi.com.tr, which is owned by the Company.

In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform (“Law”), the Company is deemed the Data Controller with respect to the personal data it processes and attaches great importance to ensuring the security of the collected personal data.

By clicking the “Sign Up” button on the membership form available on the website, you expressly and freely consent to the collection and processing of your personal data by our Company within the scope specified below.

As a result of your website visit and membership procedures, our Company collects the following personal data:

•    Name, Surname, Turkish Republic Identification Number,
•    E-mail address, address, and phone number,
•    Website membership password,
•    Information regarding the products you purchase,
•    Your payment method and information related to your payment instrument,
•    IP address, date and time of form submission.

Method of Collection of Personal Data

Personal data obtained as a result of your website visit and membership procedures are collected through the following methods:

•    Personal data included in the information obtained via membership forms filled out on the Company’s website and data collected through cookies are collected by automatic means,
•    Collected personal data are stored in physical files, on Company servers, and in backups.

Personal data collected as a result of your website visit and membership procedures are processed by our Company for the following purposes:

•    To request deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, even though they have been processed in accordance with the Law, and to request notification of such actions to third parties to whom the data have been transferred,
•    To object to the occurrence of a result against you through the analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems,
•    To request compensation for damages in case your personal data are processed unlawfully.

You may submit your applications regarding the rights listed above in accordance with the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller” by:

•    Sending it via a notary public,
•    Sending it to the registered e-mail (KEP) address [email protected],
